If you are planning to have your bariatric surgery at MyMichigan Medical Center's in Alma, Midland or Saginaw, watch our video seminar series below. After watching the series, please complete Step 5 by filling out our patient information form. Once submitted, one of our bariatric coordinators will contact you to schedule an initial consultation with one of our bariatric surgeons.
