Abbi has worked as a medical assistant for more than four years at MyMichigan - Campus Ridge Family Practice in Midland, Ml. She enjoys volunteering and working with various clubs and organizations at school and in the community. At MSU- CHM, she served as the President for the Christian Medical Association and Co-President for the Psychiatry Interest Group. She also enjoys research and is currently studying/interested in cannabis use, forensic psychiatry, and opioid use disorder in relation to pregnancy and development of infants. In her free time, Abbi enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking, puzzles, board games, and spending time with family, friends, and pets.

Kayla Gallant

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Since starting medical school, she has been involved in Spartan Street Medicine, peer tutoring/blue coating, and volunteering as a youth tennis coach/tutor. She is currently exploring which specialty she would like to pursue but looks forward to her rotations and preceptors helping to guide her down the right path. E'Lise Harden

She attended the University of Michigan, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Biomedical Engineering. E'Lise continued her education at the University of Michigan, earning a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Biomaterials and Regenerative Medicine. E'Lise's career interests include surgical specialties in the fields of cardiology and neurology. She is particularly focused on research related to neurodegenerative diseases and regenerative medicine. Although she is still exploring and developing her career interests, E'Lise is passionate about making advancements in these areas and improving health equity. In her free time, E'Lise enjoys reading, writing, music, singing, spending time with her cat.

Paige Heckel

Photo of Paige Heckel - MSU Medical Student.Paige is from Zeeland, Michigan. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology. Before medical school, Paige worked at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. In medical school, she is on the board for CHM Serve, assisting patients in obtaining low cost or free prescriptions, and is the president of the CHM Running Club. She is passionate about serving Michigan communities and hopes to improve healthcare access for those who are underserved. In her free time, she enjoys running, trivia, and spending time with her friends and family.

Klara Kamposh

Photo of Klara Kamposh - MSU Medical Student.Klara grew up in Southeast Michigan. She went to the University of Michigan for her undergraduate studies where she earned a B.S. in Neuroscience. At MSU CHM, she was president of the East Lansing chapter of the First Gen in Med student organization and the Chaldean American Medical Student Association. Klara loves kids and enjoyed volunteering with the Todd Martin Youth Leadership program where she helped tutor young students. She is currently interested in Pediatric subspecialties and is looking forward to advocating for children as they navigate their healthcare journey. Outside of school, Klara's hobbies include gymnastics, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family!

Autumn Locey

Photo of Autumn Locey - MSU Medical Student.Autumn is from Vicksburg, Michigan. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Michigan. Throughout undergrad she worked as a patient care assistant, as well as participated in rural human services research. During her time at MSU-CHM, Autumn has been involved with the rural health interest group, Michigan hometown healers, and the research to reduce disparities in disease (R2D2) program. Autumn enjoys ballroom and Latin dancing in her free time. She is interested in palliative care and geriatric medicine.

Claire Lupini-Gohl

While in undergraduate she was involved with St. Peter's Free Clinic and continued to work there after she graduated. Prior to medical school, Claire was also a nurse aid at Hillsdale Hospital. During medical school, Claire is a part of the Leadership in Rural Medicine Program and she is passionate about serving communities of people that often don't have access to care. She looks forward to gaining clinical knowledge and experiences. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and going on walks.

Hannah McArthur

She worked as a medical scribe during her undergraduate at St Joseph Mercy-Ann Arbor emergency department. She also worked as a patient care technician during her gap year at MyMichigan Medical Center-Midland. During her time at MSU-CHM, Hannah served as President of the Rural Health Interest Group and Vice President of both Wilderness Medicine Interest Group and the volunteer organization, Michigan's Hometown Healers. She enjoys reading, playing volleyball and spending time with her dog and cat.

Continuing his CNA role between undergrad and medical school, he also dedicated time to volunteer for Tutoring Chicago. Throughout medical school, Andrew extended his service to the greater Grand Rapids area, contributing to FitKids 360 and the Adaptive Ski Association of West Michigan. In his leisure, Andrew embraces an active lifestyle, regularly engaging in running, hiking, and workouts.
