MyMichigan Health is a partnership of health providers, services and facilities in the heart of Michigan. It is a non-profit, tax-exempt health system affiliated with the University of Michigan Health System. As a non-profit, all excess revenues go back into providing care, upgrading services, fairly compensating employees and creating a supportive work environment.
Serving more than one million residents in a 26-county region, MyMichigan Health acts as a parent organization to 17 wholly-owned subsidiaries and has various joint ventures and management contracts. During fiscal year 2023, MyMichigan Health provided more than $128 million in community benefits and other uncompensated care.
MyMichigan also contributes significantly to the health of our local economies. Recognized by Forbes in 2022 and 2023 as one of ‘America’s Best Employers by State,’ MyMichigan is a major employer in all of the areas we serve with employees having earned $686 million in annual wages and benefits in fiscal year 2023.

- More than 900 associated physicians and advance practice providers

- Annual gross revenues of approximately $3.4 billion for FY 2023

- 1,129 hospital and 80 long-term care beds at 12 hospitals (of which 340 hospital beds and 29 long-term care beds are not affiliated with University of Michigan Health System); (additional 15 hospital beds and 48 long-term care beds not affiliated with University of Michigan Health System)
