Biography
Tosin O. Joshua, M.D., specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. He has been in practice since 1998 and has focused exclusively in obstetrics and gynecology since 2005. He is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Joshua was 13 years old when he decided to become a physician. He grew up in a family that encouraged love for humanity and the belief that, as an individual, he could make a difference for others. Onto this foundation were added respect for science and delight in continuously learning new things.
Philosophy of Care
“As I care for patients, I understand that each person, each situation, is unique. Listening carefully to the individual and being aware of their concerns helps me provide treatment that is personalized for them,” said Dr. Joshua. “I treat every patient with respect and give them the best that I have.”
“When science can’t explain everything, that’s where experience, conviction, faith and intuition become important,” he said. “It feels wonderful to put everything you’ve learned into a situation and have that effort produce a good result for the patient.”
Dr. Joshua describes himself as a very sociable person who enjoys sharing his sense of humor with others. He lives in Midland and takes pleasure in its similarity to the town where he grew up. He enjoys listening to music, traveling and following sports, especially soccer.
