Convenient health care where you shop. Located inside Meijer. Treatment for minor illnesses, rapid testing and occupational health. We also offer Virtual EZCare (video visits on your mobile device) for conditions that do not require a physical exam (available for patients ages 11 and older.)

Costs and Insurance

We participate in most insurance plans and will directly bill your insurance. Your regular office co-pay applies.

If you don’t have insurance, or have a high deductible plan, self-pay cost is only $65 for testing or treatment, or $35 for sports physicals, due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, VISA or MasterCard.

If we need to order services such as laboratory or imaging that are not available at this location, you will be billed separately for those services.

Occupational health services are pre-arranged and billed through your employer.
