Eat with Friends - Alpena

Friends Together, a non-profit cancer support organization invites those impacted by cancer (patients past or present and their support person/family members) to join us for "Eat with Friends." This free class offers healthy recipe demonstrations, food prep ideas and more. Connect with others over the love of food and your shared experiences. Doing a hands-on activity and building social connections are healthy coping mechanisms and help build resiliency.
