Grief Support Group (Mondays)
This virtual support group teaches about defining grief, common and normalcy of grief reactions, caring for oneself while grieving and recognizing progress in processing grief. There is opportunity to share losses and memories while discussing opportunities for healing. The program is facilitated by a Bereavement Coordinator or Medical Social Worker.
This group has a more social atmosphere. Newly bereaved adults are welcome, but should be aware of the nature of this group. The group is ongoing, and individuals of all genders are encouraged to come as often and as long as they need.
