MyMichigan Health offers employee physicals to determine an employee’s fitness to perform their job duties prior to employment, on an annual basis or when returning to work after an injury.
Annual and Pre-Employment Physicals
Our annual and pre-employment physicals include:
- review of the applicant’s medical history and current medications
- physical examination
- blood pressure and pulse rate
- vision and hearing screening
- urinalysis
- height/weight
- medical evaluation based on job descriptions
