About Wait Times

The wait time is a real-time estimate (updated every 5 minutes) of how long the next walk-in patient is likely to wait between registration and seeing a provider, based on the current queue of patients. It does not encompass the entire visit, but only the time spent waiting for the visit to begin. Individual wait times may be longer or shorter than the estimate, especially if multiple patients arrive at the same time. Your total time spent with us may depend on the nature of your illness or injury.

Walk-in patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients with appointments will be seen as close as possible to their scheduled time and therefore may be seen ahead of walk-in patients.

Special Circumstances

Occasionally -- especially during peak cold and flu season -- the number of patients seeking care at one time may exceed our capacity. If our wait times become exceptionally long, our waiting rooms are becoming crowded, or if we have already registered the maximum number of patients we can safely see by the end of the day, we may pause wait times and post other instructions to help our patients remain comfortably at home until we get caught up. We do this for your comfort and safety and to be considerate of your time. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and we recommend you always check our website home page for updates prior to making a trip to our facilities.

Ways to Reduce Your Wait

  • Use the Book Online option to select a specific time for your visit. Then rest comfortably at home or wherever it is more convenient for you until it is time to come in for your appointment. If no Book Online appointments are available, you can still be seen during normal business hours by registering as a walk-in. Use the posted wait times to choose a less busy time of day for faster service.
  • Call your primary care provider for an appointment.
  • Schedule a Virtual EZCare visit.
