Neurodiagnostic Testing

Neurodiagnostic tests are performed at MyMichigan Medical Centers in Clare, Gratiot and Midland.

Please refer to the Neurodiagnostic order form that was provided to you by your doctor's office. The checked boxes on this form will indicate the location and procedures for your testing. Please check this form to make sure the locations and tests that were ordered for you are accurate.

You will find preparation instructions to match each test that was order below. Please follow these prep instructions and bring your order form with you on the day of your testing.

EEG

• Electroencephalogram (EEG)

Evoked Potentials

• Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (BAER)
• Visual Evoked Potential (VEP)
• Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SSEP)

The following neurodiagnostic testing are also performed in Midland (they are not on the order form). 

• Electromyography (EMG)
• Nerve Conduction Study (NCS)
