Virtual Clinics
A virtual clinic is a "brick and mortar" location that has everything you need to successfully complete a virtual visit with a provider. This includes audio and video equipment, broadband access, a secure Internet connection, and in some cases, specialized clinical equipment and staff who are trained to examine you and report your symptoms or vitals to the remote provider. If you have difficulty traveling for your care and are unable or uncomfortable using your own device for a video visit, ask your care team whether your appointment may be scheduled at a nearby virtual clinic.
