Hira Hayee, M.D., specializes in Family Medicine. She sees patients at MyMichigan Family Medicine in Sanford, Michigan.
Philosophy of Care
“I love the idea of being able to take care of someone throughout their life,” said Dr Hayee. “Family medicine to me is encompassing of all the organ systems and the entire lifespan of the patient. It allows me to get to know my patients, understand all of their medical conditions, treat and educate them about their conditions.”
“I believe in partnering with the patient regarding their healthcare,” she added. “Patients are best equipped to remain healthy when they have an astute understanding of their health conditions and how best to help themselves.”
“I want to create a trusting, honest and open relationship with my patients. I want them to feel comfortable discussing all aspects of their health and to know that they can trust me with their information and life.”
Dr. Hayee appreciates knowing that she can make a positive impact on the health of her patients and that they are able to trust her judgement.
“I believe that patients should choose physicians with whom they are most comfortable and whose judgment they are able to trust. If I am that physician for my patients, I would be honored to take care of them.”
During her free time, Dr. Hayee likes outdoor activities, exploring the state and traveling to other countries. She also enjoys working out.
