Biography
Lauren Haskin is a certified physician assistant who specializes in family medicine and treats patients of all ages.
Lauren chose to become a physician assistant so that she could get to know and care for patients as individuals. She enjoys being able to see a variety of patients and care for a diversity of needs.
“I work with patients who need acute care for a problem of immediate concern, and with those who need to manage longer-term health issues,” she said. “When I help someone find relief from an illness or medical condition, and it enables them to feel better, that’s the best and most satisfying aspect of my work.”
Philosophy of Care
“I believe in listening to my patients and collaborating with them to make the best medical decisions for that individual,” Lauren said. “I also strongly believe in the importance of preventative medicine.”
Lauren works to build a trusting relationship with each patient so that they know she cares about them and wants the best for them. “Getting to know each other over time helps me provide quality care that builds a foundation for their long-term health.”
Lauren and her husband, Mark, enjoy the outdoors, including camping, skiing and time at a family cabin. She also likes to exercise and to walk their dog, Rocky, who enjoys plenty of love and attention.
