Biography
Ever since she was a young girl, Marissa Hill, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, D.O., was interested in the medical profession.
“The opportunity to do something different every day is very exciting to me,” added Dr. Hill.
Dr. Hill finds her role as a general obstetrician and gynecologist very rewarding. “There are few things as special as helping a family bring a new son or daughter into the world,” she said. “Also, having been involved in women’s health care the majority of my life, I can truly say that I enjoy helping women stay healthy.”
While a medical student, Dr. Hill completed a mission trip to Guatemala to provide health care services to rural communities and also studied aboard in Costa Rica to study and observe the public and private sectors of Costa Rican health care.
Philosophy of Care
“I want patients to feel they can be open and honest with me so together we can make their health care decisions,” said Dr. Hill. Her goal is to educate women during their reproductive years and beyond to help them to the healthiest version of themselves they can be.
Special Interests and Procedures
Dr. Hill special interests include infertility, abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Hill enjoys being outdoors with her husband, Orthopedic Surgeon Kiel Beltinck, D.O., their daughter Marla and Sander, the family’s Chesapeake Bay retriever. She also likes gardening, camping, kayaking, downhill and cross-country skiing, reading and traveling.
