Walk-In Care provides same-day access for non-emergencies when your regular primary care provider is not available. Walk-in patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis for treatment of common minor illnesses such as:
- Coughs, colds, sore throats
- Minor burns, rashes or insect bites
- Eye, ear or urinary tract infections
- Strains or sprains
For routine physicals or more complex health conditions, please schedule an appointment with your primary care provider.
Call Your Primary Care Provider First
Unless you are having a life-threatening emergency such as a stroke or heart attack, always call your primary care provider first before going to a walk-in facility or the Emergency Department. Your primary care provider is familiar with your medical history and can best advise you where to go for your care, including sending you to Walk-In Care or the Emergency Department if that will be your best and fastest option. Most offices have same-day appointments set aside for their patients who are experiencing sudden acute illness and offer after-hours phone support to help triage you to the right location.
