Virtual EZCare

It provides quick access for sudden illnesses that don't require an in-person exam, such as coughs, colds, flu, allergies, suspected COVID-19, urinary tract infections and more. Virtual EZCare is also a good alternative when our Urgent Care locations have reached their maximum capacity for the day and are no longer registering new patients.

Unlike some "teledoc" services that use contracted providers, EZCare visits are conducted by licensed medical providers who are on staff at one of MyMichigan's Medical Centers. This ensures they have access to your MyMichigan medical record for safer, more accurate care, and enables smooth coordination and follow up with your regular provider after your visit.

Age Limits

Virtual EZCare is available for patients ages 11 and older. To request a virtual visit for a patient younger than 11, please contact their own primary care provider.

Costs and Insurance

We bill most major insurances, or you may elect to pay the cash price of $65 at the time of your visit.
