Fitness Center
Our Fitness Center isn’t like other gyms, we pride ourselves on creating an environment where people of all ability levels and with a wide variety of medical conditions can feel comfortable working out. As a medically based center, we provide a variety of opportunities for physical well-being delivered by caring and highly educated professionals.

Your Health and Wellness is important to us. Whether you want to improve your health or increase your fitness level, we offer a variety of group fitness classes to help you achieve your goals. Our classes are taught by trained staff in a comfortable setting with safety and fun in mind.
